WITH A LOCAL ACCENT.

Spezzo was created to provide great, rustic Italian-inspired cuisine with a unique, local twist. So we set out to create an exceptional menu featuring scratch-made meals, lots of locally sourced produce, and minimal waiting.

To accomplish all this, we engaged Tom Fleming as our menu architect. Chef Fleming earned his superstar status with his contributions to local institutions like Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, Riviera, Mediterraneo, Lombardi Mare, Lobster Ranch, and his own Crossroads Diner. With Spezzo, he’s captured the essence of rustic Italian with a contemporary flair. No shortcuts. No pretense. Just authentic Italian flavors, served in a fast-casual, friendly Texas setting.
